Authorisations, Transactions & Batches

How can I view the authorisation history for a Virtual Card?
  1. Go to Cards > Authorisations.
  2. Search by card reference, card name, masked card number, or external ID.
  3. Select a card to see a list of all authorisation requests with statuses such as approved, declined, or pending.
  4. View timestamps, merchant details, and reason codes where applicable.
How do I filter or search for transactions using different criteria?

On the Transactions page, use filters for:

  • Date ranges.
  • Transaction types and statuses (e.g., completed, pending).
  • Currency and amount ranges.
  • Card or Balance references.
  • Transaction IDs or custom tags.

Search results can be drilled-down for full transaction detail.

What do different transaction states (like INITIALISED and COMPLETED) mean?

How do I export transaction data or generate reports?

What are card batches, and how do I view batch action details?

Card batches group multiple cards' actions (like blocking or closing) into one operation with a unique batch reference.

  • Access Cards > Card Batches.
  • Use filters to find batches by reference, type, or date.
  • Click a batch to review affected cards, statuses, and timestamps.
